Fgura bowed out of the ko competition when defeated by the odd goal in seven (4-3) against Third Division Section A Winners, Los Street Boyz.

Los Street Boyz is a young athletic squad who’s continuous running to find room even in limited spaces caused us some problems in the initial exchanges of the match. However Fgura were deadly on the break and scored twice in the first half through an own goal and a Kevin Gatt goal.

LSB reduced the arrears early in the second half but Paul Fenech soon restored the two goal advantage. However, our opponents clawed back in the match and managed to draw the score on 3-3 with some neat moves. In a nail biting finale, LSB grabbed the winner and our last minute attempts proved futile
