Fgura faced one of the best teams in Section C, M'Xlokk in the Youth B KO Competition and tough ending on the loosing end, our boys gave a good display and with a little luck could have sprung a surprise.

M'Xlokk started pressing our boys from the first whistle and took the lead. Fgura's reaction was immediate and drew level when Pace managed to keep a ball under pressure and found R.Zahra on the right who crossed back to Vella who despite closely marked managed to find the net. M'Xlokk restored the lead by the half way break in a highly entertaining game. In the second period the match remained a balanced affair. M'xlokk went close when a lob clipped the top part of the cross bar while at the other end Vella's lob did not find the target.
