Disciplinary Commisioner Report

Fgura United have been awarded a 2-0 victory by the MFA Control and Disciplinary Board following the abandoned match from the National Third Division League versus Zejtun C last month. The match was abandoned by referee Sammut in the 90th minute when Zejtun’s players lost their temper after an incident that took place in the course of play. Fgura were acquitted from all charges while Zejtun Corinthians were also fined for their irresponsible behaviour. It is to be pointed out also that the Commissioner of Discipline of the MFA inflicted 6 Zejtun players with match suspensions against ours only one.
