The National League draws were held on Monday 13th July 2009.

 

Fgura Utd were once again drawn in Section A of the third division and will be facing Marsa, Mdina K, Pembroke A, Luqa SA, Mgarr Utd, Ghaxaq, Siggiewi, Mtarfa and Kalkara in that order.

 

The group include two relegated sides Marsa and Mgarr while Mdina last season made it to the play-offs stage. Only the latter together with Luqa SA, Ghaxaq and Kalkara featured in our group in the past season.

 

On a first impression, it looks that the group is going to be a tight affair with no clear cut favourites. It is up to our boys to show the stuff of which they are made of.
