Fgura lost the first friendly of the season prior to the annual tournamnet loosing 5-1 to Gzira Utd, last season 3rd Division Champions.

 

Coach Testaferrata had the opportunity to assess most of the players in his squad. in fact the initial eleven played some attractive football and in fact ended the first period 1-0 thanks to a Carl Calvagna goal. In the second half all the players of the bench took part in the exchanges with Gzira overturning comfortably the scoreline.
