Naxxar needed a win from this match in what proved to be the best match by far of the tournament up to this stage. In a keenly contested match Naxxar took the lead on 41 minute when the Siggiewi's keeper Vella florred Andy Bartolo and Glen Magri scored from the spot. On 61st minute tall Mark Camilleri managed to head the ball ahead of the keeper for the 1-1. Five minutes later he found the net again from an angled position. Naxxar drew level on 72 minutes Adrian Fenech eluded the offside trap crossed to Magri who hit the upright but team mate, Andt Bartolo collected the rebound to score in an empty net. Five minutes later Bartolo turned provider, crossing to Andrea del Negro who headed home. There was still time for more thrilling action as three minutes from time Kim Buhagiar concluded a quick break to level the score; three a piece.More drama was to follow as 5 minutes in injury time Eman Ciappara scored Siggiewi's winner direct from an angled free kick.
